Disciplinary History

• No penalties or administrative directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations against the Research Analyst concerning research services.
• There are no pending material litigations, legal proceedings, or adverse findings from investigations initiated by any regulatory authority against the Research Analyst or its staff.
• Details of Associates: No associates.

Disclosures with Respect to Research and Recommendation Services

• The Research Analyst may hold a financial interest or beneficial ownership in recommended securities within their personal portfolio, which will be disclosed at the time of advice.
• No actual or potential conflicts of interest exist regarding associations with product issuers that would compromise objectivity. Any emerging conflicts will be promptly disclosed to clients.
• Neither the Research Analyst nor its associates have received compensation from any subject company in the preceding 12 months.
• The Research Analyst has not managed or co-managed public offerings for any subject company during the past 12 months.
• No investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage compensation has been received from subject companies over the past year.
• No additional compensation or third-party benefits have been accepted in connection with published research reports or recommendations.
• Subject companies were not active clients of the Research Analyst during the 12 months preceding report publication.
• Clients must avoid communicating with staff via personal mobile numbers, unofficial WhatsApp chats, or private messaging. The entity is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized communication channels.
• All service fees must be remitted exclusively to the official Bank Account of the Research Analyst. Verify the beneficiary entity name prior to completing transactions.
• The Research Analyst and its representatives do not serve as officers, directors, or market makers for recommended subject companies.

• Personal information will never be sold, rented, or transferred to external entities without explicit client consent or legal requirement.

• Contact details may be used to deliver subscribed research updates, service notices, and corporate announcements.
• Registering on the platform authorizes communication via call or SMS for service updates, overriding general Do Not Disturb (DND) preferences where applicable for transaction alerts.
